Got Shpilkes? T shirt

SHPILKES! I can remember my grandparents saying to me, "Oy, you've really got shpilkes" when I was a kid.

It is a yiddish word that refers to being in a state of anxiety, agitation or impatience. 

suffice to say, I've had shpilkes for that last few years.
